Sweepframe: bulk edit Google Calendar events

Google Calendar changes one event at a time. Sweepframe finds the events you mean, shows exactly what will change, and applies it in one pass, with a backup file and an undo.

  1. 01
Search the calendar you connect. Filter by calendar, date range, and text in the title, description, or location. Narrow by organizer, attendee, color, single events, one occurrence, or a whole series.
  2. 02
Delete in bulk. Clear out old recurring meetings, imported duplicates, or a past semester in one operation.
  3. 03
Find and replace. Change wording in titles, descriptions, or locations, as plain text or a regular expression.
  4. 04
Recolor and move. Set one of Google Calendar's palette colors, or move ordinary events to another calendar you can write.
  5. 05
Shift times. Move start and end by minutes, hours, or whole days. All-day events move by whole days, and a series keeps its exceptions in line.
  6. 06
A preview before the write. Apply stays off until the preview matches your selection. Read-only calendars and event types that cannot be edited are listed as skipped.
  7. 07
Backup and undo. A CSV and a JSON file of the affected events download before the first change. Undo restores the last operation.
  8. 08
Guests are not emailed by Sweepframe. Requests go out with sendUpdates=none. Google may still notify guests under its own rules.
